Refunds
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchanged
once you have confirmed your order.
Postage
Customer will be charged for all appropriate postage for
orders and samples.
Internet orders
- Choose from one of designs.
- Select the fabric and colour you require.
- Specify sizes and age group e.g Child/Ladies –
orders will only be made by samples only, orders will
not be made by measures provided by customers, unless
specified with HOP.
- Deposit equal to the value of sample goods will be
required. Credit card or direct debit/internet transfer.
Internet orders Terms and Conditions
- Samples can be posted or picked directly from HOP.
- Samples are provided for a maximum of 1 week.
- If samples are return late, a late fee of $5 per day,
per garment may be charged.
- The customer is responsible for supplying the correct
sizing for each student based on the samples provided.
- Any damages or loses to order samples will be charged
to the customer.
- We will replace or repair any damaged garment that is
faulty. However, we will not replace any garments due
to incorrect choice and sizing.
